Return and exchange policy

We work to make sure you are so satisfied with your purchase that you don't need to read any further, but in the event that you are not, we will help resolve the problem as best we can.


To make a size exchange
We have included information about the different size measurements on each Mirra garment so that you don't need to make exchanges, but if you still need to make an exchange, you can follow the product return process (below) and purchase the new garment in the size you need.

To return a product
If the product is not what you expected, or if you are simply not satisfied with it, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. It is necessary that the product is in the same condition in which you received it (unused and with the original packaging). You can send it to the following address:

Once we verify the condition of the product, we will refund you the amount through a transfer.
In case you receive a damaged product or item

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, attaching quality photographs of the product, so we can understand the problem and provide a solution. Our team will identify the error and resolve it at no cost to you.
If the product is lost because the shipping information you gave us was incorrect. 
It is very important that you make sure that your address details are correct, as the products travel from different places to reach you. The delivery man will do his best to contact you, but if due to errors in the data, the order cannot be delivered, we cannot guarantee that each product will reach you again. Write to us if that happens, we will try to locate the packages to resolve it as best as possible.
